The NEICE User Guide explains how to complete different functions in NEICE.

 

In addition, there are a number of short, online training videos  explaining the key functions in NEICE. They can be found below:

  • NEICE Navigation for ICPC Coordinators Describes how an ICPC Coordinator can access NEICE and locate the functions necessary to process NEICE cases.  The video guides the ICPC Coordinator to the following functions: Notifications, Case List, Manage Functionality, Reports, Searching, and Add New Case. https://youtu.be/FDlmOFTawtM
  • NEICE ICPC Coordinator Add New Case Describes how the ICPC Coordinator can create a new case in NEICE as either the sending state or receiving state. The video guides the Coordinator through the tabs and shows how to create an electronic 100A in NEICE and how to apply the digital signature to the 100A.  The Coordinator is also guided through the process of creating a Transmittal to send the case to the receiving state. https://youtu.be/wLcPnzAUIZ0
  • NEICE Navigation for Case Workers Describes how a Case Worker can access NEICE and locate the functions necessary to process NEICE cases.  The video guides the Case Worker to the following functions: Notifications, Case List, Manage Functionality, Searching, and Add New Case. https://youtu.be/mV6_CYxjPHM
  • NEICE Case Worker Add New Case Describes how the Case Worker can create a new case in NEICE as the sending state.   • Manage Child in NEICE Describes the process for either the ICPC Coordinator or NEICE Case Worker to add a child, modify a child, or delete a child from NEICE.  The Manage Child process can be used to add children to NEICE prior to creating a case.  The Manage Child Add New process is also included in the Add New Case process. https://youtu.be/NR8LQruGbq4
  • Managing Placement Resources in NEICE Describes the process for either the ICPC Coordinator or NEICE Case Worker to add, modify, or delete a placement resource in NEICE.  The Manage Placement Resource process can be used prior to creating a case or during the case creation process. https://youtu.be/9kyVA3CqYD4
  • NEICE State Administrator Describes the key responsibilities of the NEICE State Administrator including Manage Users and Reports.  The State Administrator is responsible for adding, modifying, and deleting users in that state and for generating high level reports.  https://youtu.be/oovjJzePV2U
