- The Association of Government Accountants’ (AGA) Citizen Centric Reporting (CCR) initiative has developed a template for governmental entities to produce an attractive concise, four-page document in plain language that spells out the basic facts citizens need to get a full picture of their government’s performance. The CCR can be used to take a proactive, rather than a reactive approach to interacting with citizens and other stakeholders. It been effectively used to communicate with legislative bodies and other funders. It can be applied to any level of government or to a specific program.
