Questions That This Guidance Will Answer
This Governance section offers to state and county leaders guidance on how to establish an oversight body that sets the vision, strategic direction, desired outcomes, and policies to govern and support the planning, design, and implementation of an integrated health and human services system that meets the needs of the state and the consumers that both systems serve. This guidance will help leaders understand the drivers of systems integration, the current environmental factors, strategies to consider, and steps that must be taken to design a future that goes beyond interoperability.
