Jenny Duggan is the Marketing and Communications Specialist at the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). In this role she develops, plans, coordinates, and implements public relations and marketing campaigns featuring industry advocacy, membership, training/certification programs, and event promotions through integrated media. Additionally, she collaborates with the Membership and Events Teams to plan and implement communication and marketing tactics (email, social media, newsletters, print/electronic advertising and websites) as it relates to APHSA education conferences.
Jenny’s background is rooted in digital design and marketing with over 15 years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI web design, photography, and social media marketing, and for the bulk of her career she has worked in the nonprofit sector. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Arts Administration and an Associates of Applied Science in Information Management and Design.
