Our Request for Proposals (RFP) is now open as we seek a qualified firm to provide comprehensive finance, accounting, technology, and financial management outsourcing services.
The intent of this RFP is to identify a partner with demonstrated experience supporting nonprofit organizations with complex structures that is capable of assuming day-to-day finance and accounting functions currently outsourced, while maintaining continuity, internal controls, and compliance with applicable standards.
APHSA anticipates that the scope of services outlined in this RFP will remain substantially consistent with its current outsourced finance and accounting operating model.
The Revenue and Financial Manager will provide financial and operational support across APHSA’s portfolios. In close partnership with Finance and Budget functions, this role ensures the integrity of event, partnership, and program finances through invoice management, revenue tracking, expense monitoring, and support for forecasting and decision-making, without owning budget strategy or accounting operations. The Revenue and Financial Manager enhances operational effectiveness by maintaining accurate financial data, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights.
