The Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (AAICPC) oversees the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) and receives Secretariat Services from APHSA. As the Secretariat, APHSA provides continuous administrative, legal, and technical support to states managing the Compact. Together, AAICPC and APHSA administer the National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE), the national data exchange system for the ICPC.

The AAICPC Secretariat offers resources and information to its member states and jurisdictions to address common issues and develop standard policies, practices, and goals. The Secretariat does not handle individual case inquiries. Please direct such questions to the relevant public human services agency or private child placing agency. For general ICPC information, contact us.
