APHSA’s Process Innovation portfolio advances person-centered approaches to systems transformation through technology, data, and other enablers of innovation. We support our members and partners in understanding and navigating the rapidly-evolving technology landscape. Our approach emphasizes the importance of integrating the real-world experiences of people who navigate the human services ecosystem when agencies launch technology, program design, and service delivery innovation initiatives.
Embedded across our strategies is a commitment to shift power by centering lived experience, championing strategies to eliminate disparate outcomes, and promoting community-led services and decision-making.
