Khristian Monterroso-Ramirez

Senior Associate for Data & Technology Innovation

Khristian Monterroso (he/him) is the Senior Associate for Data & Technology Innovation. Khristian spearheads the technical assistance and partnerships strategies for the Aligned Customer-Centered Ecosystem of Services & Supports (ACCESS) Phase 2 Data SAIL (State Action and Innovation Labs) and contribute to cross-programmatic data innovation and policy efforts led by the Impact & Innovation department. He additional leads the development of digital resources and products to enhance sector capacity for modernizing systems and services.

His work focuses on building aligned, actionable strategies to advance data-driven innovation across the human services ecosystem. At APHSA, Khristian has previously served as a project associate, tasked with the successful execution of grant initiatives involving program services in child support, TANF, and SNAP E&T. He has coordinated national partnerships and collaboration across APHSA’s economic mobility and well-being project portfolio.

Prior to joining APHSA, Khristian worked at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health in the division of Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction. He served primarily as the project associate for the city’s drug overdose fatality review. He supported the development and implementation of city-wide recommendations to prevent fatal overdoses in Philadelphia. Khristian is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania
