Khristian Monterroso is the Project Associate for Economic Mobility and Well-Being. Khristian is currently supporting the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment & Training (E&T) National Partnership Grant. He also supports grant work related to child support engagement and TANF modernization.
Prior to joining APHSA, Khristian worked at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health in the division of Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction. He served primarily as the project associate for the city’s drug overdose fatality review. He supported the development and implementation of city-wide recommendations to prevent fatal overdoses in Philadelphia. Khristian earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
