Mary Goble is the Senior Manager of Strategic Operations for the Influence team at APHSA.
In her position, she plays a key role leading internal strategy implementation within the Influence Department by improving organizational effectiveness and building processes to measure impact in support of APHSA’s mission and strategic priorities. She also collaborates with other departments to align strategic vision and advance organizational strategies like centering lived experience of people served by the human services system and embed EDIB in all we do.
Before joining APHSA, Mary spent eight years teaching middle and high school humanities, specializing in intervention curriculum, wraparound service coordination, and family and community engagement. She then transitioned to nonprofit management, serving as Director of Development at Achieve Now, an early literacy nonprofit in Philadelphia. There she led development and communications, as well as directed community outreach, strategic planning, and developed organizational advocacy platforms.
Mary earned her Master of Public Administration and Policy from American University and undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Education from Illinois Wesleyan University.
