Andrew Schramm

Senior Project Associate, Employment & Economic Well-Being

Andrew Schramm is a Senior Project Associate with the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). In his role, Andrew supports APHSA’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment & Training (E&T) National Partnership Grant, leveraging partnerships with states and partner organizations to advance the work of APHSA’s membership in delivering effective SNAP E&T services.

Prior to joining APHSA, Andrew was with Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, leading tuition assistance programs at Kirkwood and the development of the SNAP E&T program in Iowa. He holds a bachelor’s in American Government and Politics and a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from Iowa State University.
