Erica Mitchell

Budget Analyst

Erica Mitchell is a Budget Analyst with the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). In her role, Erica is responsible for the development, management, and analysis of grants, contracts, and departmental budgets.

Prior to working with APHSA, Erica held financial management and budget analyst positions in government organizations throughout Florida. She has experience developing budgets, forecasting revenues and expenditures, grant accounting, and providing fiscal support to project and program managers. Erica holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida.
