Nana Sasu

Senior Process Innovation Associate, Portfolio Management

Nana Sasu is the Senior Project Associate on the Process Innovation Team at the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). She manages projects that focus on helping state and local human services agencies implement initiatives that develop organizational readiness and drive customer-centered business process improvements.

Prior to joining APHSA, Nana worked at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) as a Clinical Data Specialist for the NACHC CDC Million Hearts Project providing technical assistance as well as data and project management. Additionally, she worked at Capital Vision Services as the Systems Optimization Supervisor providing project management support in the development of robotic process automations and business process optimization initiatives. Nana is passionate about using the power of innovation and technology to improve quality of life for populations that are underserved.

Nana earned her Bachelor's in Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park and is currently working on her Master's in Public Health at The University of George Washington Milken School of Public Health.
