Disproportionality Diagnostic Tool

NAPCWA has made disproportionate representation of children of color in the child welfare system one of its highest priorities. Our most recent effort is the development of the Disproportionality Diagnostic Tool created to help you examine disproportionality within your child welfare agency’s jurisdiction. Use the tool to identify gaps in your agency, target areas for improvements and highlight agency strengths that can mitigate against disproportionate representation. The tool can be taken by an individual or a group of users within agency.

To download the tool, please first provide us with your name, agency, title, email and phone number when prompted. We are gathering this data to follow up and get users’ feedback on their experiences of taking the diagnostic tool. We will use the information you provide us to make periodic enhancements to the tool.
