Mary Goble

Senior Policy Associate, Knowledge Mobilization

Mary Goble is the Senior Policy Associate, Knowledge Mobilization at APHSA. In her role, she supports a large national grant award to advance family economic mobility, including developing strategies to advance the learning and peer exchange components of this work.

Before joining APHSA, Mary spent eight years teaching middle and high school humanities, specializing in intervention curriculum, wraparound service coordination, and family and community engagement. She then transitioned to nonprofit management, serving as Director of Development at Achieve Now, an early literacy nonprofit in Philadelphia. There she led development and communications, as well as directed community outreach, strategic planning, and developed organizational advocacy platforms.

Mary earned her Master of Public Administration and Policy from American University and undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Education from Illinois Wesleyan University.
