Sherray Whatley is the Executive Coordinator at the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). In this role, Sherray provides senior-level executive support, management, and training, working to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and meet member expectations by delivering high-quality, relevant products and services. Sherray brings more than 12 years of experience in the nonprofit and education sector and is a certified Scrum Master, a framework for project management that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and iterative progress toward a well-defined goal. Her philosophy centers around what role she can play in helping others find solutions, and she is committed to excellence in service.
Prior to joining APHSA, Sherray provided top-level support for numerous nonprofit organizations including The Society for Research in Child Development, the Physician Assistant Education Association, and the DC Housing Finance Agency.
When not serving as a reliable resource for members and associates, Sherray is a professional makeup artist and enjoys watching all things Food Network-related!
