CEEWB brings stakeholders together through in-person and virtual meeting to exchange insights and ideas. Advisory committee members and guests from our peer community frequently give brief presentations during our monthly virtual meetings. Beginning in 2015 in partnership with National Association of State TANF Administrators (NASTA) leadership, CEEWB manages a TANF Reauthorization Work Group made up of state and local TANF administrators, leaders of related programs, policy analysts, non-profit organizations, and others focused on progressing a comprehensive agenda for TANF reform and reauthorization.
In 2016, CEEWB and the American Association of SNAP Directors (AASD) began a SNAP Modernization Work Group focused on modernizing the SNAP program and developing policy recommendations to the new Congress and Administration as they begin to consider the next farm bill and the future of SNAP.
