Doubling Down On SEM, Race Equity, and 2Gen

Goals & Objectives: 

• Gain a collective understanding of each ecosystem site’s work.
• Gain an understanding of how your efforts are advancing the following in the communities you serve:
• Specific strategies and tactics being utilized to advance social and economic mobility (SEM);
• Gain an understanding of the extent to which sites are applying and advancing 2Gen and whole family principles and practices;
• Learn how you are defining and applying a person-centered approach;
• Learn how you are defining and advancing SEM including by dismantling institutional, structural and historical barriers; and 
• Gain an understanding how you are using the Human Services Value Curve. 
• To the extent that sites are tracking common measures for children and families, how might we develop some shared measures to track going forward over a defined period of time.
• Develop a shared learning agenda.
• Gain an understanding of what it takes to develop a place-based opportunity ecosystem while still serving families in communities.
