Keeping the Dream Alive: Building Assets & Closing Wealth Gaps

This session is designed to go beyond the conceptual and anecdotal to dissect the underpinnings of wealth gaps in the US, explore why the American dream isn't accessible to many communities of color, and inform a strategy for eliminating the gaps.  It will provide another opportunity for co-creation and co-learning for Kresge Human Services and partners to zoom-in our applied race equity lens to focus on asset development as a key method for reducing racial wealth gaps and realizing SEM as a reality for all in the US.
