Marcus Robinson Senior Program Associate, National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE)

Marcus Robinson brings over 20 years of experience in the social service sector to his role as Senior Program Associate at APHSA. His primary responsibility is to provide support to states during their onboarding process, training, and technical support with NEICE.

Previously, Marcus worked extensively with the SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid programs at the Mississippi Department of Human Services. In 2007, Marcus joined the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, specifically in the Interstate Compact Division (ICPC), where he dedicated 16 years of his career. Starting as a Program Specialist, he steadily advanced to become the state’s Deputy Compact Administrator.

His involvement extends beyond state boundaries, collaborating with various committees within the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (AAICPC). These committees include Data, Voting, NEICE, and Compliance.

Marcus Robinson’s dedication and expertise have significantly influenced the field of child placement and social services. His accomplishments underscore his commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families.
