Rebekah Sides is a Senior Project Associate for Employment and Training with the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). In her role, she is responsible for leading day-to-day implementation of national grants and contracts focused on improving and scaling the delivery of employment and training services within public human services agencies and their community partners.
Her six years of experience in applied psychology, two years in TANF and SNAP E&T policy, and her master’s of science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology inform her work. Having supported special education programming, EFL instruction, workforce development pipelines for populations exiting incarceration, and addiction-treatment services, Rebekah’s diverse past experiences from education, healthcare, and community health drive her passion to strengthen the health and human services sector and advance family social and economic mobility.
Rebekah has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
