NSDTA was founded in 1983 and incorporated as an APHSA Affinity Group in 1985 to support persons responsible for human service training and organizational development on the local, state or federal level.

Call for Proposals
NSDTA is now accepting submissions for the 2019 NSDTA Educational Conference, October 20-23 in Long Beach, CA. Workshop proposals are encouraged in the following categories: Evaluation/Research, Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology, Training/Facilitation, Human Services Leadership, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Workforce Development and Planning.
