EXHIBIT SPACE (TABLETOP)—Benefit from traffic throughout the foyer of the meeting space with a tabletop display during every conference.	SWAG BAG—Put your brand on the reusable tote given to attendees. One (1) opportunity for the year Investment: $13,750 per conference	MEETING ROOM WI-FI—Gain conference-wide recognition as the official Wi-Fi sponsor. One (1) opportunity for the year Investment: $12,250 per conference	HOTEL ROOM KEYCARDS—Allow attendees to access your brand whenever they visit their room at the conference hotel. One (1) opportunity for the year	CONFERENCE SIGNAGE—Attendees will see your company logo on all general conference signage and displayed throughout the venue.
CHARGING STATION—This co-branded opportunity puts your brand on the charging station for each conference. The sponsor provides the artwork. One (1) opportunity for the year	ITEMS FOR SWAG BAG—Add branded items for attendees to the swag bag. Select an item to sponsor: Journal, Water Bottle, Hand Sanitizer, Snack Item, Scrambler/Mind Puzzle, 3-in-1 Charging Cable. One (1) sponsor per item; a few items have multiple opportunities	COFFEE BREAKS—Coffee and snack breaks are very popular. At these functions, napkins with your logo and signage will be displayed. Two (2) opportunities per conference, one (1) per company	CONFERENCE APP—Provide the attendees access to the schedule, speaker info, venue maps, exhibit hall info, and other info on the event. As the sponsor, you’ll receive two push notifications at each conference and branding within the app. One (1) opportunity for the year	CONFERENCE CHATBOT— Attendees use “Ask Abby,” the APHSA chatbot, to inquire about crucial information about the conference. One (1) opportunity per conference Investment: $14,550 per reception	GENERAL SESSION – Underwriting the keynote speaker provides you with an opportunity to invest in the development of our members and attendees. One (1) opportunity per conference Investment: $13,750 per conference	CONTINENTAL BREAKFASTS – Kick-start the day! As the breakfast sponsor, your company will meet, greet, and network with attendees. One (1) opportunity per conference Investment: $12,250 per conference	HEADSHOT LOUNGE – Provide attendees with the opportunity to polish their professional image! Up to four (4) opportunities for the year Investment: $8,000 per conference, or a buy-out option for this opportunity is available.
MEDITATION/QUIET ROOM SPONSORSHIP – Sponsor our serene meditation/quiet room where attendees relax and unwind. Investment: $10,000 per conference	WELLNESS CHALLENGE – Sponsor our wellness challenge and connect with participants as they track their activity to increase exposure for your brand. Investment: $18,000 buyout only	MASSAGE RETREAT – Create a serene, spa-like experience with our massage retreat sponsorship. Up to Four Opportunities for the year Investment: $8,000 per conference
