Conference Hotel

We are excited to host this year’s NSDTA Education Conference at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. The venue features convenient on-site car rental, Starbucks coffee, on-site dining, an indoor pool, and is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.

Additionally, the venue is minutes from City Creek Center, Temple Square, and Delta Center. Park City and a host of outdoor activities are ~40 minutes away.

NOTE: A one-night advance deposit is required upon booking reservations with this event. Deposits are refundable up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival.

(plus 7.75% sales tax, 6.07% hotel occupancy tax rate [subject to change without notice], and a A Salt Lake County Tourism Assessment of 2.0% will apply to guest room rates.)

Additional Information 

Use of Debit Cards 
When an individual uses a bank debit card to pay for their hotel room, the hotel may secure all funds for the entire reservation at check-in, plus a small daily fee for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy for Hotel Rooms 
You are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation. It must occur 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty charge. 

NOTE: APHSA experiences sold-out hotel block reservations for our conferences. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure rooms can be secured at the conference rates.

Beware of housing pirates trying to represent that they have rooms available.
APHSA does not have any contracts with outside firms to book housing for any of our events. Always book directly from our event site to ensure you are securing a room within the APHSA negotiated hotel.
