Kimberly James is the Senior Manager of Membership Services with the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). Kimberly has over 30 years of experience in direct practice and leadership within the human services sector in both the public and private provider sectors. Kimberly has years of experience facilitating change management and other organizational development activities for human services agencies as well as coaching teams and individuals to successful outcomes. Kimberly has participated at every level in the federal Child and Family Services Review and other formalized Quality Assurance (QA) processes. Kimberly has both a Bachelor and Master of Social Work (BSW and MSW) degrees and is a licensed social worker (LSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
