Tina Wright-Ervin has over 20 years of organizational development, leadership development, management, supervision, and training experience. Prior to joining APHSA, Tina worked for San Bernardino County, California Department of Human Services, beginning her career there as a Social Service Practitioner for Children and Family Services and most recently managing the County’s organizational effectiveness division.
As APHSA’s Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, Tina enjoys the opportunity to work with and support Public Service agencies across the country and serving as liaison for the APHSA/Human Services IT Advisory Group (HSITAG) Emerging Leaders program. Tina is a dedicated champion of Belonging and applies this lens to her work with organizations to ensure that they are effective in their efforts.
In addition to a Master of Social Work (MSW) from California State University San Bernardino, Tina holds the following certifications: Gallup Strengths coach/trainer, Emotional Intelligence coach/trainer, Crucial Conversations coach/trainer, and TOPs facilitation and strategic planning.
Tina is also a proud former Disney “cast member” where she began her OE and LTD journey and was awarded a “Mousecar” for Excellence in Leadership.
