Policy Intern – Child Welfare and Family Well-Being

Madison Doser is a Child Welfare and Family Well-Being Policy Intern at the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). In conjunction with APHSA’s Child and Family Well-Being Policy Associate, Madison works on partnership projects, develops written materials for APHSA, and serves as an assistant representative at two of APHSA’s affinity groups: the National Association of Public Child Welfare Administrators (NAPCWA), and the National Association of State Child Care Administrators (NASCCA). Madison works to provide important research analyses to encourage pragmatic policy recommendations for improving the state of child welfare programs.

Madison is currently a student at the University of Arizona and is graduating in December of 2022 with a B.A. with Honors in Law and Applied Humanities with a Public Health emphasis. She brings extensive knowledge in legal and policy research, professional writing, and public health practice.
